Doug has spent the past 20+ years coaching and developing hundreds of leaders and senior teams nationwide. Combining his entrepreneurial spirit, facilitation capabilities, and training as a clinical psychologist, Doug focuses on assisting leaders in uncovering their “leadership paths” and integrating their personal beliefs with their interpersonal and executive competencies. Doug successfully built and sold two consulting firms based in Chicago, and currently serves on the boards of several non-profits. He has earned the Master Certified Coach designation from the International Coach Federation and is certified in several leadership assessments. He is also the author of The Resiliency Quest, and co-author of Go Positive: Lead to Engage.
